TraceTogether App and Tokens are no longer required. The clinic is still zoned into Green, Blue and Red. Restrictions of some movement and seating still applies. Our staff will guide you. Please be assured that we will take all precautions and measures to ensure your safety during your visit to our clinic. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by all the above measures and trust that you will understand that they are for everybody's good. DUE TO PRECAUTIONS PUT IN PLACE. PLEASE EXPECT DELAYS. WHAT YOU SHOULD DO IF: 1. YOU FEEL UNWELL - If you have any respiratory symptoms like cough, running nose, fever, bodyaches, please wear a surgical mask and come over to the clinic to consult our doctor. 2. YOU SELF-TEST POSITIVE FOR COVID-19 - If you are well with very mild or no symptoms, isolate yourself at home and retest yourself with an ART 72hrs later. However, if you are unwell, you may wish to consult a doctor. Come over to our clinic, scan the QR code outside the front entrance and declare that you have respiratory symptoms. We will come out to assist you. 3. YOU ARE A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER OF A PERSON ON HOME RECOVERY PROGRAMME - Health Risk Notices/Warnings will no longer be issued, but please do a self-ART test within 24hrs (D1). If negative, continue to monitor for the next 5 days for symptoms and signs of respiratory illness. At any time, if you are unwell, drop by for a consultation and test. 4. YOU NEED MEDICAL ADVICE WHEN ON HOME RECOVERY - Call us at 64566582 during office hours or if you were initially treated or diagnosed by another doctor, please contact him/her directly. Alternatively, you may put on a surgical mask, take private transport to our clinic for a repeat consultation and re-supply of medication.
