COVID-19 VACCINATION

A) I need vaccination

We offer the Pfizer-BioNtech Cormirnaty vaccine to adults and children 12yrs and above. Appointment via the National Vaccination Booking System is preferred if you have a booking number. If you qualify but do not have a number, book direct with us (see below). Call us if you need assistance or if you are unable to keep any appointment made with us.

If you are aged 18 yrs and above, you are encouraged to take a booster 5 to 6 months from the date of the second dose even if you have contracted and recovered from Covid-19 infection. Boosters are important. Please take a booster dose if you qualify.

If you are above 50yrs old, you will qualify for a 2nd Booster of mRNA vaccine. While you may walk in for your booster, we encourage you to contact us or book online to ensure that a dose is reserved for you. A second booster is also available for those with increased health risk (please check MOH's website for exact conditions).

FREE for all who qualify. We offer Pfizer-BioNTech's Comirnaty Vaccine (ages 12 and above)

< If you have received a booking code from MOH
< Book directly with us, if you do not have a booking code from MOH.

Please ensure that you meet the following criteria before you book:

  • Singaporean, PR, Work-Permit or Long Term Visit Pass Holder
  • Possess an NRIC or FIN
  • Aged above 50yrs (if seeking a 2nd Booster)
  • Aged above 12yrs (for all other doses)
  • At least 5 months from the last dose (for Booster 1 and 2)
  • At least 28 days from any positive Covid test result

Check if you have completed your primary series vaccination and whether you need a booster shot on the MOH Covid-19 Vaccination and Booster Calculator.

Covid-19 vaccines are precious. There are many people in many parts of the world who have yet to receive much needed vaccination.

Please help us to avoid wastage by turning up punctually on your appointment date/time. No-shows and last minute cancellations cause wastage and vaccines cannot be kept once allocated and prepared for you.

B) I have been vaccinated overseas

VERIFICATION OF COVID-19 VACCINATION TAKEN OVERSEAS
AND UPDATING INTO NATIONAL IMMUNISATION REGISTRY

If you are a Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident, Long-Term Pass holder or Short-Term Pass holder intending to stay in Singapore for more than 30 days, and have taken an approved Covid-19 vaccination overseas, we can assist in entering your vaccination details into Singapore's National Immunisation Registry (NIR).

There are two methods of verification:

1. Digital Verification

This is available currently for those who were issued digitally verifiable certificates from some countries:

You must have taken a recognised vaccine at the appropriate interval and issued a certificate with verifiable QR Code. No blood test will be required. Please present your certificates at our clinic.

Cost: $38.00 (inclusive of GST). Available 8.30am-noon; 2-4pm Monday to Friday (unless public holiday). Appointment is not needed.

2. Serology Tests
.

A simple blood test is done to confirm immunity. This is available for those who do not have digitally verifiable certificates or if verification fails.

Vaccines under the WHO Emergency Use Listing (EUL) are recognised. Some examples are:

  • mRNA Vaccines: Pfizer-BionTech (Cormirnaty), Moderna (Spikevax)
  • Inactivated Virus: Sinopharm (Vero Cell), Sinovac (CoronaVac)
  • Protein Subunit: Novavax
  • Non-replicating Viral Vector: Oxford/AstraZeneca, Johnson and Johnson

Please note that vaccination details will be entered into the NIR only if adequate immunity and all above criteria are met. It usually takes a few days to a week for the data to be reflected in HealthHub or on your TraceTogether App. That is not within our control

Cost: $58.00 (inclusive of GST). Available 8.30am-noon; 2-4pm Monday to Friday (unless public holiday). Appointment is not needed.

Appointment is not required but would be helpful for us to help verify eligibility criteria for your vaccine. Kindly send us scanned images of your NRIC/FIN card, your overseas vaccination certificate (in English or translated into English) and let us know your preferred appointment time and date.

Please come in person and bring the following:

  • Photo-ID (NRIC, FIN)
  • Your overseas vaccination certificate
  • Translation of your vaccination certificate if the original is not in English (you may get this done at a translation service provider, embassy or notary public).
