We are a Healthier SG participating clinic.

Singaporeans and Permanent Residents (PRs) 40yrs old and above may enrol with us to enjoy HSG benefits.

We also encourage family members aged 40yrs and above who stay in the same household of a person enrolled in HSG to enrol with the same family doctor.

Once enrolled, you will be invited to fix an appointment to create a Health Plan unique to you. The first visit for this plan is FREE.

Your personal health plan is your road map to remain healthy through disease prevention and early detection. You will receive advice on screening tests, vaccination as well as social and allied health support that are heavily subsidised.

Do note that consultation and/or treatment fees are chargeable for any issue beyond the preparation of this health plan.

If you have been under the care of a HSG participating family physician like us, you should enrol with him/her and enjoy continued care. You may also enrol in the polyclinic that has been looking after you and your family.

CHANGES IN COVID-19 RESPONSE MEASURES

From 1 March 2024, MOH has revised some of the precautionary measures to contain and manage the Covid-19 pandemic.

In line with such measures:

• Mask Wearing will be optional from 1 March 2024 but strongly advised for those medically vulnerable and for seniors. Patients with respiratory symptoms such as cough, fever or running nose are also advised to wear a mask in consideration of others.
• Free Oral Antivirals will no longer be available wef 27 March 2024.
• Free Covid-19 vaccination will continue to be available at our clinic
• Covid-19 tests will continue to be available at patients' request
